Ron Parker is a great-grandson of Quanah Parker, the last Comanche Chief.  Establishing the Quanah Parker Society & Center is his lifetime dream. 

Carol E. Briney has extensive history of developing & directing sustainable nonprofit organizations.

They have come together with strong conviction & intention to create the Quanah Parker Society & Center
