Ron Parker is a great-grandson of Quanah Parker, the last Comanche Chief.  Establishing the Quanah Parker Society & Center is his lifetime dream.

Marker Tree Dedication and Ceremony - Quanah Texas

 Thanks to the Treemendous Quanah initiative of the E. Eugene Johnson Memorial Foundation, a dedication and ceremony was made on September 26, 2020, for marker trees at the Hardeman County Historical Museum and Downtown Medicine Mound Museum
